If you have not submitted an information sheet to the office, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to submit your information and register for one of the upcoming orientation meetings. Our next orientations take place on Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and the upcoming dates are listed on the form below. Please fill out the form and indicate which date you will attend.
