- A donation quarantine of 72 hrs. before handling and pricing will help protect volunteers and clients.
- Please donate with dignity: items should be clean and gently used.
- We do not accept Tube TVs, cribs or car seats
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
- We need help knowing how to price items. If you are a thrift shopper, could you help us decide how to price?
- Also, we would like to try to sell some things on the local internet sites like Kent Buy Sell and Trade. This even could be done from your home if we send you photos
- Accept donations during designated hours
- Pick up large item donations
- Work during the sale: cashier, runner, department aid
- Clean – up, help deliver left over items after sale
- Sponsor a designated department with a friend:
- Handle only the items in that department
- Organize, price and help during sale
- Determine your own volunteer time schedule during prep-week (Aug 24–27)
