Be patient, therefore, beloved, until the coming of the Lord. The farmer waits for the precious crop from the earth, being patient with it until it receives the early and the late rains. You also must be patient. Strengthen your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is near.

James 5:7–8

The past two years have been a difficult time for all of us. From those that have been merely inconvienced by COVID, to those of us that have lost someone close to us, maybe a spouse, and everyone in between.

We have to remember that tomorrow is promised to no one, we need to live our lives to the fullest extent that we can, every day. We don’t have the time to be nasty to the person in front of you in line at the cashier; we don’t have time to be nasty to the person that pulled out in front of us on the road.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, Thank you for enabling us to live through this epidemic. At this time of year, with the celebration of the birth of your son, we need to stop what we are doing, and thank you for all your blessings. Thank you!
